your typical bracelet and you will never see this quality in any
jewelry store.
* I have taken the time to collect 12 identical color matched stones
. (Plus 6 more). I have also take the time to set them so that
the light will hit the stones just right. As you might know
Iolite has a very strong Pleochroism, being a much lighter gray or
wan yellow in one direction. These gems have been picked so that
this color is only visible from the side.
* These stones show off the best violet blue colors.
* All stones are all eye clean, some being flawless while some have
some inclusions, but very hard to see.
* One seldom finds large gem quality Iolites over two carats. This
is another reason why you will never find another bracelet like
this because the average weight of each of these stone is 2.5
carats. All stones are approximately 11 x 9mm with a combined
weight of over 30 carats.
* Iolite, or Cordierite is also know as "Water Sapphire" or
Dichroite from the Greek meaning of "two-colored". Iolite is also
the Greek word for violet.
* This is a great solidly built bracelet that is built to last.
Bracelet is solid 14K gold and weighs 16.4 grams with the stones.
* Each link is set with a genuine untreated Iolite.
* There are twelve links and each measures approximately 11 x 9mm.
Each link moves very easily giving this solid 14K yellow gold
