top. It opens at the top with a hook. It' s a round bangle that is 2
1/4" in diameter, 1mm wide at the bottom and 2 mm wide where the
pearls are. Buyer pays a flat shipping rate of $9.00 which includes
S/H&Ins up to $200. Over $200 costs $1 additional for each $100 in
