Insurance:
Insurance is mandatory. Our insurance charge is $1.95 per item. So if
you buy two items, insurance would be $3.90. These are not standard
USPS or UPS charges. All packages are signature required. If the
package is scanned as delivered by USPS or UPS, their website shows
the package as being delivered, we will assume that the item has been
delivered. Insurance does NOT apply to packages that are shown as
delivered. Any packages not received within 30 days of ship date will
be reshipped at customer's request.
Our Return Policy:
Your satisfaction is very important to us. We accept returns for an
exchange, credit, or refund within 15 days of the item(s) ship date.
Items must be in their original condition, not worn, or altered. We
will not reimburse the return shipping. Any exchange, credit or refund
will be for the original price paid, minus insurance and shipping &
handling. There is also a 15% restocking fee unless the item is
defective or not as described (Please note all descriptions including
gemstone and diamond information are our best estimates. Our List
Price is not meant to indicate appraisal or retail value. Items
received for replacement which are unavailable will be refunded
without a restocking fee. If we feel that the return policy is being
abused we reserve the right to refuse any exchange, credit or refund.
Refunds will be processed via the method used for payment unless
another method is requested. You should request for a RAN (Return
Authorization Number) before you ship the item back to us.

All of our merchandise are sent in a finely finished black FREE
jewelry gift boxes.
Free Shipping:
The shipping charge is FREE on our eBay store Buy-It-Now item
purchases of $150 or greater (This offer does not include our auction
items). Otherwise $5.95. We can combine up to three auctions as you
win over a one week period. We charge a flat fee for all combined
items, which is the highest shipping and handling for any single
auction. That means if every auction that you won has a shipping and
handling of $5.95 (Including insurance), shipping and handling will
still be $5.95. If you win two auctions one has a shipping and
handling of $5.95 (excluding insurance), and the other has a shipping
and handling of $5.95. The total shipping and handling for these two
items will be $5.95. Shipping rates are as follows:
Within US: $5.95 for the first item.
To Canada: $5.95 for the first item.
We ship via UPS, USPS and FedEx. Selection of these carier services is
at our discretion. Most orders ship out from OroStyle within 7-9
business days. For the items that are in our New York Dispatching
Unit, we can upgrade your shipping for $19.95 (Express Second Day
Delivery), just send us an email. If an item is found to be damaged
during packing a refund will be processed immediately for the item(s).
Shipping is not refundable. You will receive an email notification the
day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a
tracking number. This gives you the ability to track your order at all
times until it reaches you or your recipient's doorstep. Shipping to
Hawaii and Alaska requires additional payment. There is an additional
charge for international shipping (Aprox. $18.00, plus $8.00
Insurance)
Sales Tax:
There Is 8.625% Sales Tax Only For New York Residents. For
international orders, customs and duties are at customer's expense.
