All our packages are insured by a private insurance carrier, U-PIC.
You are welcome to combine auctions over any 7 day period. Simply
ignore our "daily" invoice then click the "Pay Now" link from one of
your winning auctions and you will have the option to combine
shipping. Any problems with checkout please email and we will assist.
Note, please wait until you have finished bidding to checkout so you
can send one payment for all items. We can not combine items unless
you send one payment for all items in that package.
We expect to receive payment within 7 days after your first auction
closes, mailed payments must be post marked within 7 days.

Returns will be accepted on the following terms provided payment was
made within 7 days:
1. Item must be returned in same condition as when it left here with
all tags attached.
2. Item must not have been worn or altered. Please inspect your
item(s) when received before wearing. Email if there is a problem.
Once you have worn the item or 3 days passes we will assume the
problem was caused while you were wearing and we will accept no
responsibility.
3. Should you wish to return an item we must be notified within 3 days
of receipt and the package postmarked within 7 days of receipt.
4. Item MUST have been paid in full in the time frame stated above.
5. You must also include our original packing slip.
Once we have received the item and the above conditions have been met
we will issue a refund equal to the purchase price minus a 10%
re-stocking fee or $5.00 which ever is greater. Shipping is
non-refundable. Items are guaranteed to be as described, if we do make
an error and grossly misrepresent an item obviously the re-stocking
fee does not apply. We are a jewelry wholesaler, all our items are new
and have never been worn (unless clearly stated otherwise). Buying
directly from us you are bypassing the retail merchant, their fees and
the services they provide. Some items may need a final cleaning and a
few may even require a final polishing.
