Returns & Refund
In the event our product does not perform to your expectation, items
may be returned within thirty days of purchase. Items returned after
thirty days may only be returned for replacement or repair and
customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Items found defective
within seven days of receipt will be given a full refund (excluding

report the defective item by phone to claim full refund. Eagle Imports
will provide a prepaid shipping label for product return (USPS
Priority Mail or UPS ground shipping only, Express shipping will cost
extra) except for international customers. International customers are
responsible for all shipping costs for product returns. Items returned
between seven and thirty days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee
and customer will be responsible for all shipping costs. All returns
must be shipped with tracking numbers with a valid RMA number
(provided by Eagle Imports) marked clearly on the box. Refunds will
not be issued until product has been received by Eagle Imports.
