You are bidding on this RARE Euro Disney Coffee Cup. this cup is in
excellant condition with no chips or cracks. 3-1/2" tall. A must have
for the collector or just a great gift.
PAYMENTS:
Paypal is my preferred method of payment and it is the fastest way for
you to get your item. I also accept cashier’s checks, money orders
and Paypal E-checks. E-checks must clear the bank before I will ship
the item. Please inform me via Ebay invoice if you are mailing in a
payment and include the auction number. Your item will be shipped no
later than the following business day once your payment is received.
If you do not respond to your payment method within 7 days of the
auction end an unpaid item dispute will be filed. This is the first
step in reporting a non-paying buyer. If intent to pay is not received
within 7 days of filing the non-paying buyer form you will receive an
unpaid item strike from Ebay.
FEEDBACK:
I only leave feedback when feedback has been given, that way I know
you are satisfied with the transaction. Before leaving negative or
neutral feedback please contact me via e-mail so that we can fix the
problem if one exists. Customer satisfaction is my #1 goal and I
am always willing to work with you to make you a satisfied customer!!
INSURANCE:
If your item is being shipped by PRIORITY MAIL insurance is OPTIONAL
and highly recommended.
If your item is being shipped by UPS insurance is INCLUDED up to $100.
Additional insurance can be purchased above that amount for a nominal
fee.
IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT INSURANCE: IF YOU DO NOT INSURE AN ITEM THAT IS
OPTIONAL TO INSURE I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS.

Once your item is received, check immediately for damage. If you
purchased insurance, and there is damage to the item as a result of
shipping, save the box and ALL packing material for claim inspection.
When inspector examines item, they want to see how it was packaged. If
packing material is missing, claim may be denied and buyer may not be
issued a refund. All claims are between you and the insurer - not
between you and I. I will help you all I can to obtain your refund.
REFUNDS:
* I will not issue a refund if the item has been tampered with.
* I will not issue a refund until the item is considered
non-shipping damage or otherwise pre-approved for return. After
item is received with everything in the description you will
receive your refund.
* Refunds are strictly for the bid amount and initial shipping
only!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!! Once I receive the defective item back, I
will check it out, then process a refund.
* You must contact me, prior to returning an item.

mug just for you. Comes from the Disney Store and is original
packaging. Has cute little Pooh bear on two sides with Pooh wrote on
there too. Cup / mug is an off white or cream color on the outside
and mauve on the inside of the mug. A must have for the Pooh
collector.
Summary of My Selling Policies
Payment
All methods of payment through PayPal are accepted (Preferred) along
with Money Order. Personal checks are accepted with a 25+ positive
feedback. If you have ANY negative feedback, please do not mail a
personal check as it will be returned to you.
Payment is to be received within 3 days of auction end if making
payment through PayPal or 7 days if mailing a Money Order or Personal
Check unless other arrangements are made with the seller.
NEGATIVE FEEDBACK WILL BE LEFT FOR NON-PAYMENT BUYERS.
Fees
Handling Fee? NONE!
Shipping
Shipping is in the USA and Canada only.
I ship using USPS in the least expensive way for you to receive your
item. I use Priority, Parcel Post, Media Mail, and First Class. If you
prefer one of these over the other please just advise.
Shipping is calculated on the weight of the item and based on your
zipcode region.
Canadian bidders need to contact the seller for shipping charges as
they are somewhat higher than what the calculator will show.
Delivery
Once payment is received, shipping of your item is within 48 hours
with the exception of personalized items wich usually ship in 2-3
days. Items are shipped Monday through Thursday only. Buyer is
notified of when the item will be shipped.
Refunds & Returns
Insurance is always an option and unfortunately I can't assume
liability once the item is shipped. If there are claims to be filed
due to damage or loss, I will be happy to send the insurance receipt
to you and it will be your responsiblity to follow up with the post
office. Shipping is not refundable.

The best way to contact me is through E-mail. I will always try to
respond within 24 hours Monday through Thursday. Holidays and Weekends
are for my family.
