Carry your stuff in style with this Disney Pooh Bear Tote Bag!
Generously sized at 17"L x 9-1/2"H x 7-1/2"D, it?s big enough for your
gym clothes or a weekend away, it would also make a charming diaper
bag for all of baby?s things. The options for use are pretty much up
to you! It is in near mint condition with no rips, tears or stains,
just some minor scuff marks from use on the bottom and inside (I would
recommend it be cleaned before use too, but I?ll leave that up to the
lucky Buyer). The tote is made of a very sturdy broadcloth type of
fabric in a nice forest green color with a jaunty coordinating plaid
pocket and side trim. The front is decorated with a leather diamond
patch featuring Pooh Bear?s smiling face and the words, "Authentically
Pooh" and "100% Pure Smackerals" around the edge of the diamond. The
back and bottom are of the same broadcloth type of fabric in black,
while the shoulder strap and carry handles are made of black webbing.
The shoulder strap is adjustable too. There are no interior pockets,
but it is lined in heavy black nylon fabric. What a great way to add a
little Disney and Pooh Bear to your day! Happy Toting!

After the sale:
An invoice will be sent to the Winning Bidder within 24 hours of the
auction?s end. Please use one of the "pay now" buttons on the
End-of-Auction Notices or invoice even if you plan to mail your
payment. It?s fast and easy and makes everything go smoothly. Be sure
to verify your mailing address in the "ship to field" and do not use
the Comment Section when providing your shipping address. Idaho
residents must pay 6.00% sales tax. Full payment is to be received NO
LATER THAN TEN (10) DAYS after the close of the auction, regardless of
payment type or the Unpaid Item Process will be activated with eBay.
Should the item continue to remain unpaid, negative feedback will be
left, and the item re-listed with no further notice to the Buyer.
Sorry everyone, but I cannot afford to continue trying to track down
Non-Paying Buyers. As for payment, I prefer Paypal (account balance,
credit cards, or e-checks) but I also accept Money Orders, Cashier?s
Checks and Personal Checks. However, Personal Checks are ONLY accepted
with a 25 or more positive feedback rating. Personal Checks must also
be pre-printed with name and address and require 10 days for clearance
prior to shipment.
Product Disclaimer:
Some of my products are drop-shipped from a warehouse in California
and I do my best to make sure that those products are in stock when I
list them. However, it is possible, but rare, that an item may become
out of stock during a listing or after its? closing. In that event,
the Buyer will be promptly notified and given the option to wait for a
backorder or have their payment cheerfully refunded. I wish that I had
the room to stock it all myself, but with so many products I wouldn?t
have anywhere left to live in my home!
International bidders:
Payment MUST be by Paypal ONLY and only in US FUNDS. Other forms of
international payment are much too costly to process, sorry. Also,
please READ ITEM DESCRIPTIONS CAREFULLY. Due to shipping restrictions
I am NOT able to ship outside the United States IF the item is shipped
from my warehouse in California. Such items will be clearly
identified.
Shipping and handling:
Shipping charges will be determined at the close of the auction based
on the Buyer?s location unless shipping costs are already stated in
the auction description. I ship with the U.S. Postal Service twice a
week on Tuesdays and Fridays (excluding holidays). I ship primarily
via U.S. Priority Mail but if you prefer Parcel Post or First Class
let me know. My warehouse in California ships via UPS Ground only so I
will need an actual physical street address NOT a P.O. Box for those
items. Most items are shipped within 2-3 days of receiving payment
(except Personal Checks) and can take up to 14 days to arrive if my
warehouse ships it, a bit sooner if I do. The Buyer is responsible for
all shipping costs, a $1.00 Flat Handling Fee, and insurance costs
(optional with U.S.P.S.). I CANNOT be responsible for items once they
are shipped with the U.S.P.S. so insurance is STRONGLY recommended.
Items shipped from the warehouse with UPS Ground are automatically
insured to $100.00. Shipping and handling costs cover expert packing
and materials to ensure that your item(s) arrive safely whether my
warehouse or I ship it.
Final Sale and Returns:
Please feel free to e-mail me with any questions (or shipping quote
requests) you might have PRIOR to bidding as this item is sold as a
FINAL SALE. Please try to give me at least 24 hours to respond before
the auction or store item ends. I do my best to describe my products
as clearly and accurately as possible but I am not infallible. Please
feel free to bring mistakes or typographical errors to my attention
and I will do what I can to correct them. Any accessories or foliage
etc. in the photographs is there purely for effect and is not included
in the auction unless so stated. Beware that color can be different
from monitor to monitor and sizes are approximate. Returns are ONLY
accepted if the item has been grossly misrepresented or has some kind
of defect upon arrival (damage in shipping is NOT covered unless the
item was insured). The Buyer must contact me first within 7 days of
receipt of the item and the item must be returned in original
condition and packaging within 30 days of the invoice date. In the
event of such a circumstance, a refund of the purchase price or
replacement item (if available) will be arranged. Basically, please be
sure that you really like the item before you buy it! However, if
there are ever any questions or problems with a transaction or an
item, please don?t hesitate to contact me first. I pride myself on my
products and service, and I will do whatever I can to make my
transactions positive.
One Last Note:
Also, please be sure to take a look at my other auctions, and eBay
store too. I am more than happy to try to combine shipping on multiple
wins and purchases that close within a seven-day period to save you
money! (just let me know that you are bidding on and/or buying more
than one item). However, combined purchases REQUIRE a single payment
with items being sent to the SAME address. Some items cannot be
shipped together due to size, weight or ship-from location. I will
