Extra special care is taken to package and ship each and every one of
our items. Please don't email us about changing the shipping and

shipping and handling fees stated on this page. Unless a request of
overnight or 2 day, shipping method is chosen by the seller at the
time of drop off to the shipping carrier. Priority, First Class,
Parcel and Media Mail are used. Please be sure to check the shipping
fees before bidding so we don't get emails saying you didn't know how

Overnight or 2nd day shipping service is available in most areas upon

take no responsibility of items once they leave our hands at the

We ship WorldWide.
For Outside of the United States, shipping and handling is - $8.95
for the first item. Multiple item discounts! $3.00 for each additional
auction you win! (Additional items must be either approx. same size or
weight, or be in the same category. Heavy items may be more.) - Normal
Air Mail is used. (Normally 7-9 days delivery). Large packages, we
have been told could take up to 4 weeks for delivery but have not
found it to be the case yet. Buyer responsible for any customs fees or
International taxes or issues that may arise. We are not responsible
one the items leave our hands at the shipping office.
Delivery
SHIPPED:
Monday thru Friday
Items will be shipped within 24 hours after payment usually we ship
THE SAME DAY AS PAYMENT IF PAYMENT IS MADE BEFORE 3PM EST! (48-72
hours if the day falls on a holiday or when shipping methods are
closed for a holiday or closed). If payment is received on a weekend
then shipping will take place on the first business day of the week
that the shipping method is open for business.
(If paying by check, it must clear bank our before shipment)
SHIPPING FREQUENCY: Every Weekday
For regular sized packages, USPS, priority, first class, parcel post,
and sometimes media mail are used and chosen at the discretion of the
seller at the time of shipping, based on end auction price, unless
second day or overnight delivery is requested. (Buyer pays additional
shipping costs if overnight or second day shipping is requested). For
extra large and oversized packages we generally use UPS and FedEx
Ground Shipping and require a physical address.
No Refunds & No Returns
Items are bought in 'AS IS' Condition. No Returns, Refunds, or
Exchanges are accepted or offered. Please email us if you have any
questions or concerns before bidding. These are old items and have
been pre owned and the condition of them comes with that fact. We will
pack the item for shipping with much care and ship as safely as
possible to help it reach you in the same condition as the description
and pictures but we take no responsibility of items once they leave
our hands at the shipping center. Insurance strongly recommended.
(Especially on breakable items such as crystal or glass, and very old
jewelry that has the stones in them as they are sometimes fragile!).
Our Description of Items
Every effort is made to describe the item and its condition within the
auction description and detailed photos. We are not historians or
jewelers, we tell as much about every item as we know and to the best
of our ability make a description.
Sometimes, we just let the detailed pictures describe the item for us.
Please ask seller if you have a question about an item not covered in
the description or pictures, as sometimes in a hurry some details may
get overlooked... so please email seller for specific details not
covered, before bidding, because once you win it you own it in its AS
IS present condition. Many items come from very old estate auctions
and much of the time we can only go by what we have been told about a
particular piece, and have been known to be wrong, especially if there
are no known markings. We do show detailed photos and offer the larger
views so you can *see* exactly what you are getting and know its
appearance and condition before bidding. Again, please email seller if
you have any questions that aren't answered in the pictures or
description, before bidding.
We do try very hard to give accurate information. If you are an expert
or knowledgeable about something and you see we have made a mistake,
please let us know and we will try to revise the information as soon
as possible. (ebay rules state that revisions on the main section of
the page can only be done if there are no bids on the item... So if
revisions are made, you will find them added at the bottom of the page
where ebay adds them.). More information is always appreciated!
Important Notes from Seller
All items are currently in a smoke free home, kept packaged safely,
and stored in the proper environment, but because many of our items
are very old estate items, and all are pre-owned, we do not know if
the items were always kept in the same environment. Also, be sure to
check the shipping and handling fees before bidding, so we don't have
to go through getting emails from winners saying how they did not know
how much it would be, or emails saying how they do not agree with the
s/h fees after winning. Bidding on an item is a binding contract of
sale as expressed clearly in the guidelines of Ebay's rules,
regulations and guidelines. Please do not email us complaining about
s/h. If you do not agree with s/h fees, please do not bid. S/H fees
help most sellers survive the fees and expense of selling on ebay, so
please check before bidding. Winning more than one item will bring
your s/h down quite a bit. So if you want lower s/h fees...its

Beautiful gold tone and faux pearl brooch by Roma. This is another
one of the many estate pieces I am listing. It is a wonderful heavy
piece with 5 very nice fauz pearls at the top. It measures 1 1/2"
across and a little over 1" tall. It is in excellent condition and
would go great with just about anything.
SHIPPING: Buyer to pay $3.85 shipping. Insurance is optional for
an additional $1.30. If buyer chooses not to purchase insurance, I am
sorry, but I cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items by
the US Postal Service. International Shipping will differ from
shipping within the United States.
