After you have won the auction you will receive a confirmation e-mail
from us within 24 hours.
If you are going to pay by Paypal, please use the instant pay button
in this listing that will speed things up.
Currently we are using PayPal's Winning Bidder Notification service.
After the auction ends, Paypal will send you a Winning Bidder
Notification within one hour. This email includes the winning bid
amount shipping fees payment detail. And we will ship the item out
within 72 hours (Usually much sooner) after payment clears. If you did
not receive any email about payment information 24 hours after the
auction ended, please let us know.
All our items are Estate Pieces. That means they have been used in
some way. We do, however, inspect each and every item before they are
sold or auctioned. Any imperfections or damaged will be mentioned in
the description or visible in the photos.
RETURN POLICY
We hope your purchase has exceeded your expectations. Please note
that EBay is an AUCTION and refunds are not normally issued for any
other reason than mistakes in the description or damage that is not
noted or visible.
However, if you would like to request a refund and the item was
described correctly you must notify us (by phone or email) within 5
days after your shipment has been received. ALL Returns are subject
to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We suggest
that you properly pack and insure your returns. We are not
responsible for any breakage or loss on returned items. Items that
show damage that is not in the images taken before the item was sent
will not be accepted and will be returned to shipper.
We issued refunds only after we have received and inspected the
return.
Claims for item (s) that are damaged in shipping are paid by the
United States Postal Service or other carrier and must be made within
7 days of receiving the item(s).
Contact us for the necessary paperwork and we will gladly assist you
with your claim.
Keep all packaging material if you have a claim (do not throw anything
away).
Please note that the US Postal service, by law, has 30 days to deliver
a package. A package is not considered lost by them for 30 days. Once
we ship a package, it is out of our control as to how long it will
take to be delivered. In the event your package is lost, we will help
you file your claim You will receive payment directly from USPS.

This is an HQ piece! It is accented with HQ (high quality, hand set,
fiery) aurora borealis and peridot colored Austrian crystals. It
measures a little over 2" around. It is set in a highly detailed gold
toned setting. HQ items retail in some boutiques for up to $85.
