By placing a bid/buy it now, you agree to:

* Pay by the approved forms of payment or another previously agreed

Shipping and Handling:
Items over 2 pounds will be shipped to domestic locations via FedEx
Ground Service. FedEx Ground Service averages 3-5 days delivery time,
depending on where in the country you are. Smaller orders will be
shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class mail, with an
average delivery time of 2-4 days. Note that FedEx does not deliver to
PO boxes, so you must either provide a street address or accept a
higher shipping rate through USPS.
Items shipped outside the United States can be shipped either by USPS
Airmail (4-10 days delivery time) or USPS Economy (4-6 weeks delivery
time).
Insurance is provided as an optional service to protect against
product loss or damage during shipment for an additional cost. Postal
insurance covers ONLY the replacement cost of the item(s) shipped, it
does not cover shipping costs. Insurance is $1.20 plus $1.00 for every
$100 of coverage for USPS domestic services, $1.60 plus $1.00 for
every $100 of coverage for USPS international services, and $0.35 for
every $100 of coverage for FedEx domestic services (the first $100 is
free).
Your order will be shipped in a high-quality, never before used,
minimum 200 lb. test cardboard box to ensure that there is no damage
during shipment due to poor packaging. All dead space will be filled
with lightweight packing material to prevent shifting of contents
during transit. Your package will be shipped within one business day
of receiving payment.
Feedback:
In order to maintain the maximum possible time for processing of
orders, I generally leave feedback for all completed orders once every
four to six weeks. This allows me to better focus on shipping orders
rather than taking time out daily to leave feedback. All completed
orders will receive appropriate feedback eventually, so it is not
necessary to ask for feedback repeatedly.
Customer Satisfaction:
I strive to select only the best condition sets for sale on eBay.
Occasionally, some sets may have marks from store price tags and/or
shelf wear which may detract from their value to collectors. You are
urged to contact me with any questions concerning item condition prior
to ordering.
Since I only list sealed sets, I cannot verify the contents of any
particular set prior to shipping. In the unlikely event that your item
is missing parts and/or instructions, you should first contact LEGO
directly to inquire about replacement parts. If LEGO is unable to help
you, there is a good chance that the parts you are missing can be
found in my parts store.
