Shipping and Handling
This is a large item and must be shipped via freight line. Please
allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. We will contact you with shipment
details as soon as we have them.
We will ship only to the contiguous United States. Sorry, we cannot
ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO boxes or to any P.O.
box.

* Is the delivery point a business or a residence;
* If a business, does it have a loading dock;
* If a residence, will the driver be required to go inside;
* Can you pick the item(s) up at the nearest terminal?
Damages
We guarantee all items to be damage free when they leave our docks and
in the condition described in the auction.
When your order arrives, be prepared to open the carton(s) and inspect
your furniture. Any damage must be noted on the freight bill at the
time of delivery. If damage is not noted at time of delivery you may
face significant delays and additional expense to correct the damage.
all items that are returned must be returned in original boxes and or
packaging no exceptions!
All merchandise is shipped FOB our docks meaning that the contract at
that time is between you and the freight company and legal ownership
of the merchandise passes to you. Please inspect all packages upon
arrival and note ANY damage then contact us. We will contact the
carrier and start necessary steps towards replacement of the damaged
pieces.
Payment Options and Terms
We accept paypal, and money orders/cashiers checks,
Payment must be received within 10 days of closing.
Winning bidders will be notified by email with payment instructions.

2) Residential Delivery - You may have the freight carrier deliver
your items to your residence. Please note that residential delivery
for freight carriers are curbside deliveries. Freight carriers will
not bring these items into your home due to liability issues, nor will
they carry the items up any flight of stairs or use an elevator. As
items may be heavy, it is advised you have someone available to help
you move your items into your residence.
Please remember that no matter which shipping option you choose, your
items are fully insured at no extra cost to you. Although we make
every effort to ship your merchandise as safely as possible, we
recognize that items may be damaged on occasion during transport. We
