both islands and mountains and is affected by spells that affect
either. If a spell destroys one of these land types, this card is
destroyed; if a spell alters one of these land types, the other land
type is unaffected.

Card Grading:
* Mint: This is reserved for only the nicest, most perfect examples
of any card. We rarely grade cards mint.
* Near Mint + (NM+): Cards are almost completely perfect. The edges
are perfect except for the tiniest chip. There is no play wear at
all.
* Near Mint (NM): Cards are almost perfect. The edges are perfect
except for one or two tiny chips. There is no play wear evident.
* Near Mint - (MN-): Card is really, really nice. The edges are all
nearly perfect except for a few tiny chips. There is no play wear
evident.
* Excellent (EX): Card may have some small nicks on the edges or a
very small mark on a face. There may be some light play wear
* Fine: Cards have been played, but not heavily.
* Good: Cards show signs of heavy play without a sleeve.
* Poor: WeI rarely sell cards in this condition. Card shows signs
of heavy play without a sleeve, damage, and/or some significant
alteration.
Policies:
* We are real sticklers about card grading, just ask the sellers we
have bought from ;) we have tried to be as accurate as possible
and provide high resolution scans for most cards. If you are
unhappy with the condition of the card you receive, please
contact us and we will work it out. We became a Power Seller by
pleasing our customers!
* If you need a larger or higher resolution scan of the card, please
email us (use the "Ask seller a question" link in the seller
information box above) and we will send it as quickly as we can.
* Bidders with negative feedback for non-payment should contact us
before bidding or their bids will be subject to cancellation and
they may be barred from my future auctions.
* Bidders with less than 5 feedbacks please contact us before
bidding or their bids may be subject to cancellation.
* If you do not intend to pay, please do not bid. Do not waste our
time or yours.
* We will leave negative feedback for non-paying bidders and file an
unpaid item dispute with eBay, which could get you banned.
Shipping:
* In the U.S. $2.00 for 1st class, $4.99 for Priority Mail.
* Canada: $3.00 for Airmail, $5.50 for Global Priority, $12.50 for
Registered Mail.
* Western Europe, Australia and Asia: $3.00 for Airmail, $6.50 for
Global Priority (not available to Italy), $12.00 for Registered
Mail.
* Insurance is optional and will be charged at actual cost. In the
U.S. insurance is $1.30 for the first $50, $0.90 for the next $50,
and $1 for each $100 after that.
* All cards are shipped in a penny sleeve and a top loader. Single
or multiple auctions totaling $50 or more will be shipped in a
padded or bubble envelope.
* We are not responsible for lost or misdirected mail. Auctions
totaling over $200 should be shipped by traceable means.
* We will combine shipping costs for multiple auction wins within
seven days of each other. Here is the formula: Start with the
auction with the highest shipping cost, each extra auction under
$10 is only $0.50 more, between $10 and $25 is only $0.75 more,
and over $25 is an additional $1. It's that simple. Auctions
must be paid for in a single payment to receive the shipping
discount.
