dispensers are shipped in boxes ( not envelopes ), so the shipping

Postal Insurance
Postal Insurance does not always cover loss and it takes 90 days to
complete a claim for Lost Packages. Buyers are responsible for
shipping insurance. We do not replace or refund for damaged items if
shipping insurance is not purchased. All damage claims will be handled
through the carrier. If you are unsure of how to specify that you
