Item Description:
This is a brand new Athens Bakers Rack in Wrought Iron Frame and Leaf
Accents with Wine Rack and Glass Hanger Storage. A classic design to
add to the glamour of your home. Built on a wrought iron solid frame
and scrolly structure, this item is made to last and to decorate with
vigor. There are two top shelves of glass and a main table tier with
glass as well. There is also a bottom rack area with metal slats, and
a wine rack for great display in your kitchen or dining area (holds up
to 7 wine bottles). The top tier also has a built in wine glass hanger
area that can hold up to 8-10 wine glasses, depending on sides. Item
may require simple assembly.

Shipping Information
We ship to all States in the contiguous U.S., and to Canada. We do
not ship internationally, or to non-contiguous U.S. territories such
as Guam. No pickups or will calls. We do not ship to APO boxes.
We do not offer combined shipping for multiple auctions: Shipping
charges are calculated "per auction" due to the size and weight of our
items. This means that the shipping charge is exactly what we specify
for the auction (some auctions include sets with multiple items, such
as a dining table and four chairs; shipment of all items are included
in the shipping charge). We do not combine shipping for multiple
auctions shipped to the same address, and we cannot discount shipping
charges. Items would only be shipped together to prevent loss or
damage, while each would carry its own individual shipping fee. If
you are interested in multiple items, we suggest visiting our website
to purchase them, as we do calculate bulk shipping there.
$120 shipping cost paid by buyer to the contiguous U.S.
Shipping to Canada is $239.99. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or
international addresses other than Canada.
For items shipped to California (CA) only, please add 8.25% Sales Tax.
Note: Item usually ships in 7-10 business days upon receipt of
payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for item to arrive once it
ships via Freight (larger items) or UPS (Smaller UPSable items).
Please be patient while we process your order, as you will receive
shipping and tracking information via Email once it is complete.
Optional: Please add $10 for full coverage insurance which covers any
damage incurred before the arrival of the item.

Returns and DOA
Damaged Items: Don't worry, we have you covered! We understand, even
through our careful inspection and shipping process, that our packages
may occasionally arrive damaged. At most times we can arrange for
parts of your item to be sent to you in order to complete your product
in brand new condition, at no extra charge to you. However, if your
item is completely damaged beyond repair and the item is in your
possession, you can contact us and we will assist you through filing
an insurance claim and processing a replacement or a full refund upon
your request within 5 business days. Just email us at
rma@visiondecor.com and we will gladly assist you. Be sure to include
in the subject "DOA-<<YOUR ORDER ID>>" to avoid any delays in
processing.
Other Issues: Wrong color? Didn't match? Changed your mind? In most
cases, if the item didn't work out for you after you purchased it, you
may return the item back to us for a refund or store credit. Our
policy on returns is that you must contact us within 14 days of
confirmed receipt based on the tracking information provided by the
shipping company. Please note the following:
1. If the buyer wishes to return the item for a full refund, the
buyer will have to incur the shipping cost of returning the item back
to us in re-saleable condition. Any damages that are not covered by
shipping insurance will be deducted from the refund. The refund will
be posted using the original payment method.
2. If the buyer wishes to return the item and have Vision Decor send
return labels to cover the cost of return shipping, the buyer will be
eligible for store credit for up to the amount of the original order.
However, the buyer will need to ensure that the package is re-packed
in a re-sellable condition, otherwise any uninsured damage or defects
to the item will be deducted from the credit amount.
Any return requests after 14 days of confirmed receipt will not be
accepted and all sales will become final after that point.

in the email subject "Return Request-<<YOUR ORDER ID>>" to avoid any
delays in processing.
Freight Shipping
Note for large items: When paying for this item, please provide a
phone number where you may be contacted. In the event that this item
needs to be shipped via freight, the freight company will need to
contact you in advance to schedule a delivery date and time. Expect
items shipping by freight to arrive 7 to 14 business days after
leaving our warehouse. In the event we are not provided a phone
number and the buyer is unable to be contacted, we will request the
on-file phone number from eBay. Please be sure your eBay information
is up-to-date.
Someone must be present at the time of delivery to assist the driver;
if not, the freight company may charge you an additional fee. Before
signing for delivery, it is very important to inspect the carton for
any potential damage that may have occurred while in transit. It is
normal for packaging to show some wear. However, if there is
extensive visible damage to the item itself, refuse delivery and email
our RMA department at rma@visiondecor.com where we will handle the
return or exchange. The ultimate goal is to ship the item to you as
quickly, safely, and efficiently as possible. Thank you for your

Important: Please know that we will not be liable for any damages or
discrepancies after the package has been accepted upon delivery. We
will warranty parts and any hardware needed for the item. Any returns
after the package has been accepted will be at the cost of the buyer
and refunds will be less the original shipping costs.

we will follow eBay's policy on non-paying bidders by filing to
recover our listing and final value fees. If the buyer has already
paid and later decides they did not want the item, we will charge a

Optional Insurance
Our optional insurance is an umbrella protection policy offered by
Vision Décor that provides full coverage for the item it insures.
UPS insures packages up to $100 based on their own approval system,
and will sometimes partially or fully not cover an item if it does not
pass. Our optional insurance covers the item regardless of UPS
decision, and will cover the entire cost of the item beyond $100
including all attached costs such as replacement or reship charges.
If optional insurance is not purchased and the item is damaged during
delivery, the customer will get reimbursement for up to what UPS
approves for the item and incur any other costs associated with refund
or replacing the item.

FAQ's
1. How soon will I receive my merchandise?
Although most items are in stock it does not mean they can ship within
24 hours.
Many of them require careful inspection and extensive packing.
We understand that you are eager to get your beautiful furniture, but
we feel
protecting your investment is just as important.
Many items are delivered within 14 days but please allow up to 4-5
weeks on some items.
Your credit card is NOT charged ( unless paid via Paypal or some check
cards ) until the merchandise leaves our docks.
2. How do you prepare my merchandise to prevent damage?
All merchandise is inspected prior to shipping, everything is corner
protected, put in boxes, placed on shipping pallets and shrink
wrapped.
We also have special handling agreements with all carriers we use.
3 What should I expect from the freight company upon arrival?
On all freight orders, the shipping company will contact you when they
arrive in your town to arrange a time and date for delivery. The
delivery drivers are not insured to bring your merchandise into the
home. Please make all necessary arrangements to assist with the
delivery of your items. Also, we do offer white glove service with set
up and packing removal at additional cost, please inquire.
4. What do I do if my merchandise arrives damaged?
In the unfortunate event that your merchandise arrives with damage,
please note the damage on the delivery ticket and contact Max
Furniture at once. Please do not refuse delivery of an entire shipment
due to damage to a particular item. This will delay replacement of any
damaged merchandise.
Any noted damage will be fixed or replaced at no cost to you.
5. Can I use my own carrier?
Yes, many customers choose to use their own local carriers.
6. Do you offer any layaway or finance plans?
Yes we do, please contact us for more details. Our layaway plan: No
set up fees, 20% down, up to 6 monthly payments, 10% cancellation fee.

This attractive hutch can be used for storage in the dining room or as
a baker's rack in the kitchen. It is made of square tube steel and
has a black matte powder-coated finish. The glass shelves are 5mm
tempered clear glass. It has a 5mm silver back mirror. Great where
ever you need an attractive storage rack. It holds 5 bottles of wine
and a dozen glasses.

The rack is 32 wide" X 16 deep" and 68 2/4" high.
Shipping is $75.00 within the Continental United States. I regret that
I can not ship to APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories, Hawaii,
Alaska, Canada or Mexico. I am a mail order business only, so pickup
is NOT available.
I must collect 6% sales tax on all shipments to New Jersey.
DELIVERY: IMPORTANT!!! All my items are new. All furniture is high
quality ready to assemble. Delivery customarily takes up to three
weeks, but in certain cases, could take 4 weeks. All items are
shipped to you directly from the importer's warehouse via UPS ground.
PAYMENT: I must receive payment within 10 days after the auction
closes. By placing a bid, you agree to these terms.
DAMAGE: I will offer replacement of all damaged items or parts if you
email me within 14 days after you receive the item, so be sure to open
it up right away.
REFUNDS: I will refund the cost of an item unconditionally within 30
days of the date of shipment once the item has been returned to me,
post paid in resaleable condition. Please contact me before shipping.
Refunds will be issued within 7 days of my receipt of the returned
merchandise. There is a 25% restocking fee.
