pre-payment and appointment. They may also be paid for and picked up
at the warehouse with prior appointment or verification of stock as we
do not stock all the items we carry so that we may bring you the
lowest price available, a $5.00 pick up fee does apply to handle
processing.

ground delivery. Shipping insurance is optional for each item but we
are not responsible for items damaged in transit unless the insurance
has been paid for before shipping. If you receive an item with damage
please keep all packaging and we will issue a return call tag for the
item if the insurance has been paid for. Do not refuse the package or
you will be charged all shipping costs both ways . We ship out 3-5
days from date of payment but some delays may occur but if demand
exceeds our supply please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. We only ship
out UPS ground to Physical Addresses (No P.O. Boxes or A.P.O.
addresses) . Freight shipped items may have a longer delay in
shipping due to the large size of the items.

All of our furniture is brand new from the importer in it's original
box and packaging, some items may be re-packaged for shipment. We do
not stock these items so we can bring you the lowest prices therefore
they may be out of stock temporarily at the time of purchase and may
take up to 6 weeks to arrive from China. Do not for any reason refuse
a package if it is damaged on the outside. If there is any damage you
must have all the original packaging and re-pack it correctly or we
will not accept returns. Damage during shipping has to go thru UPS
claims department for re-imbursement for damages only if the shipping
insurance is paid for. Please ask us any questions you might have by
e-mail and we will get back to you as soon as possible. All
non-damage returns may incur a 10%-20% restocking fee, Shipping and
handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping
costs incurred shipping products back.

Fountain Bar Stool/Stools with Chrome Plating and Black Vinyl Covered
Cushioned Seat 29"H. This item is modeled after the famous style of
the American 1950's Diner that has served so many back in the days.
The tubular steel frame of the item is plated with chrome and
constructed with quality. Its smooth, strong, and durable surfaces
makes it easy to clean and hassle free. This item is sold in sets of 2
only, for safety in packaging and shipping.

item is completely damaged beyond repair and the item is in your
possession, you can contact us and we will assist you through filing
an insurance claim and processing a replacement or a full refund upon
your request within 5 business days. Just email us at
rma@visiondecor.com and we will gladly assist you. Be sure to include
in the subject "DOA-<<YOUR ORDER ID>>" to avoid any delays in
processing.
Other Issues: Wrong color? Didn't match? Changed your mind? In most
cases, if the item didn't work out for you after you purchased it, you
may return the item back to us for a refund or store credit. Our
policy on returns is that you must contact us within 14 days of
confirmed receipt based on the tracking information provided by the
shipping company. Please note the following:
1. If the buyer wishes to return the item for a full refund, the
buyer will have to incur the shipping cost of returning the item back
to us in re-saleable condition. Any damages that are not covered by
