Summary of My Selling Policies
Payment
Preferred method of payment is PAYPAL, but I will accept personal
checks, money orders, or U.S. American Cash.
INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS (SEE RESTRICTIONS BELOW) must pay with PAYPAL,
BidPay money order through BidPay.com, or send U.S. American Cash. No
sales will be made to countries other than Canada, Australia, or
within Europe unless you email me before bidding.
I believe in GIVING NONPAYING BIDDERS A SECOND CHANCE if they give me
an honest and forthright explanation for past nonpayments. TWO STRIKES
and YOU'RE OUT for good!
Fees
COLORADO RESIDENTS must pay 2.9% Sales Tax. If you live in GRAND
COUNTY, Colorado, your tax is 3.9%. If you live in KREMMLING,
COLORADO, your tax is 7.9%. If you live in these areas and do not
include the tax, your payment will be returned or refunded and you'll
need to re-send it to include the tax. Checks or Money Orders received
without the tax - you will have to send the tax before shipment is
sent.
HANDLING - I include a reasonably small amount for handling in my
shipping costs. Please take this into consideration before bidding.
Shipping
U.S. and Canadian shipping charges are almost always stated in the
auction listing.
Only U.S. shipments can be insured. I will only ship U.S.P.S. First
Class or Priority, as I have had too many problems using U.P.S. I will
ship Express Mail at bidder's request to U.S. locations only.
I offer COMBINED SHIPPING only on NON-BREAKABLE ITEMS and is not
offered on auctions sold AS-IS or in LOTS. To qualify for combined
shipping, you MUST pay for your auctions with ONE SINGLE PAYMENT.
INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS
I will ship WITHIN ONE WEEK of receiving proper payment. I will ship
COSTUME JEWELRY OR CLOTHING ITEMS to locations in Canada, Europe, and
Australia with no questions asked. Otherwise, please email before
bidding. I will consider shipping to other countries as well, but YOU
MUST EMAIL ME BEFORE BIDDING so that I can check policies at the
United States Postal Service regarding restrictions on shipping to
your country. I enjoy selling internationally, but if an international
bidder does not email me before bidding, I reserve the right to cancel
the transaction for any reasonable or applicable reason that might
apply to shipping to your country. I will NOT ship expensive fine
jewelry outside the U.S.A.
Shipping method to all international locations other than Canada will
be Small Package/Letter Post through the U.S.P.S. If the item can fit
in a padded envelope, it will be mailed via Air Mail. NOTE: Packages
sent Small Package/Letter Post is expensive and has sometimes taken 3
weeks to arrive in countries outside the U.S.A.
Delivery
I will ship as soon as possible after PayPal payments (within one week
for SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE U.S.A.) after receipt of money orders, and
personal checks from those bidders with a unique feedback rating of 25
or above and no WARRANTED negative feedback. I will let you know as
soon as I receive your payment and when I ship.
IF YOU HAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK
If you send a personal check, the nature of any negative feedback you
have will be taken into consideration. I realize that some people make
honest mistakes and others can be too fast to act in leaving negative
feedback. If your negative feedback appears warranted, your item will
be held for check clearance before shipping.
Refunds & Returns
I am a firm believer in assuring CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. Therefore I
offer a 10-DAY GUARANTEE on all of my items (14 days for INTERNATIONAL
shipments), unless the auction description states the item is being
sold AS-IS. You will receive a GUARANTEE SLIP with your package. Let
me know by e-mail within 10 days (14 days for INTERNATIONAL) of the
date on the slip that you are not satisfied with the item or service
you received. Ship the item back to me within one week of notifying me
(2 weeks for INTERNATIONAL customers), and include the GUARANTEE SLIP
and any gift box which was provided. If it is received by me in its
original undamaged condition, I will then promptly send you a FULL
REFUND of the BID PRICE you paid.
