SquareTrade © AP6.0Here's a gorgeous 1996 Proof Silver Quarter for
your bidding interest. As we all know the 93-98 Silvers are harder to
pick up that the 2000+ sets. This one was removed, by me, from the
Silver Proof Set (using cotton gloves of course) and gently placed
into this 2X2. It is very frosty with super frine details. I think it
is safe to say that the cameo is deep and true. This is a flawless
coin, one that will fit nicely into your collection and will never
have to be "upgraded" because you already have the very BEST! [IMAGE]

Summary of My Selling Policies
Payment
I take Paypal, Money Orders and Cashier's Checks. Been burned a few
times on the peronal check thing.
Fees
A $2 handling fee is used only to help cover the packaging and the
time it takes to ensure your item is carefully prepared and shipped to
avoid any damage. This does not include postage. When an invoice is
sent to you, you will likely have an option on how you would like the
package sent. If you want Priority pick it, if you want First Class
pick it.
PLEASE NOTE IMPORTANT ISSUES RE: SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES:
Question:
The seller charged me $4 for shipping, but the envelope my item
arrived in only showed $2.37 in postage. How can they get away with
that?
Answer:
Shipping is NOT postage! The postage affixed to the package you
receive is completely irrelevant. When you bid on an auction, you
enter into a legally binding contract agreeing to whatever shipping
charge the seller has listed (without question). The price the seller
pays is wholly irrelevant.
Question: OK, shipping is not postage. Why should I have to pay more
than the seller pays for postage?
Answer: Padded envelopes cost money. So do boxes, packing tape, bubble
wrap, peanuts, gasoline to and from the post office, fees paid to a
shipping clerk to pack items, etc. These things all cost money, thus
the handling fee listed below ($2/item). This doesn't even take into
account the cost of insurance, delivery confrimation and signature
confirmation.
Buyers alays pay for these costs, everywhere! Go to any online
retialer and order the cheapest thing you possibly can (a pen, paper
clip dispenser, etc.). You will find that the minimum Shipping and
Handling charges is anywhere between $6.95 to $9.95. Invariably this
item will arrive at your door with $1 or less of actual postage.
The time to ask quetions about shipping is BEFORE one bids on an item.
ONCE A BID IS PLACED, a legally binding contract between seller and
buyer is entered into. Buyers agree to what the S&H charges are. These
is no negotiating S&H after the fact. One agrees to pay these fees by
bidding on an item.
Shipping
We offer a variety of shipping services. Next to the shipping cost
area there will likely be a draw down menu. There you will able to
select Priority Mail, 1st Class Mail or Media Mail. All options are
not offered on all auctions. You select the method not me (again see
above information if you have questions)!
Insurance is optional for most items. Some items require mandatory
insurance. Remember, if you don't get the insurance, you cannot hold
me responsible. Once the item has gone from my hand to the shippers,
my responsibility is gone. We reserve the right to self-insure our
products.
Charges vary based on mail delivery type and whether the item is to be
shipped out of the country.
Delivery
I typically ship on Tuesdays and Fridays. Fed-Ex will obviously go out
immediately. I hate waiting for items I have purchased so I don't want
to make you wait any longer than necessary.
Refunds & Returns
Unfortunately no refunds can be offered due to the nature of the coin
and book industries. I could ship out a MS-68 coin and have someone
return an XF coin. Same thing with books. I can send out a high
quality book and receive a beaten up copy as a return. Of course I
will immediately refund all double payments once notified.
