Infrequently seen, bodkins were used by Victorian ladies to ornament
the lovely openwork of their linens and clothes with interlaced
ribbons of various sizes. This lovely set of three of these tools is
engraved with a delicate scrolling pattern on the backs. The loops
allow them to be held together with a ribbon or wire so they could be
worn on a chain or old chatelaine. The smallest of the three measures
1/4" x 2" and the largest, a full 3/4" x 2 3/4". They are brand new
and each is marked both sterling and 925 for 925/1000 pure sterling.
There's no reserve, so have fun bidding!

Once the auction is over, you can pay with a credit card through a
secure server on my website. Once the auction ends, I will send you
the link. It usually takes me about 2-3 hours to write the emails and
send them once the auction is over. I'll also include directions for
paying via check/M.O. in the email.
I accept MasterCard/Visa and checks/money orders in US funds. Checks
hold to clear, otherwise I ship within 24 hours. Shipping inside the
U.S. will be $3.00 for first-class S/H/I, plus a little more for
orders $50 (higher insurance). Most small jewelry items can be shipped
airmail overseas for $5.00. Nevada buyers pay sales tax.
I can also do a nice gift wrapping with card for an additional fee.
