Johnny Gruelle ~ 1947
This is a wonderful vintage pair of Raggedy Ann and Andy dolls that
come from an elderly estate. They have been together all this time, so
I'm not going to separate them. They have been played with, but have
just the right amount of wear to them to give them that warm, loved
look. They each measure approximately 15 1/2" tall and both have the
Johnny Gruelle tag sewn into the backside. They also both have the
heart with "I love you" on their chest. Actually for being almost 60
years old, they look great. Both have some foxing stains, and Andy is
missing his overall buttons, but nothing distractive. A few strands of
Raggedy Ann's hair have come loose in the back. A wonderful set to add
to a vintage doll collection ~ selling with NO RESERVE, so don't miss
out!

These vintage Raggedy Ann and Andy dolls are in excellent condition,
but need some cleaning. There is no maker’s label. They are wearing
matching cloth outfits in a soft yellow gingham fabric, excellent
condition, no mending required. They are both 18 inches tall. Their
eyes are made from black buttons and their face features are
embroidered. There is an “I Love You†patch for the heart of the
Andy doll. There hair is great. A great addition to any collection. If
you require more information or pictures please contact me. Thanks for
looking.
