VICTORIAN LOOK BAR PIN
This bar pin has a faceted black stone in the center and a clear
rhinestone on each side. It has a raised Victorian design on a
silver-tone pin. The back has a locking C-clasp. No maker's mark. 2" X
3/8".

Vintage Krementz Necklace, Earrings, Bar Pin
This auction is for a necklace, earrings and bar pin with flowers
washed in coppery pink and leaves in yellow green. The necklace is
marked "Krementz" on the back of the center section; the earrings are
marked on the edges of the screw backs; and the pin is marked on the
pin stem. According to Rezazadeh's book about costume jewelry,
Krementz was known for quality rolled gold plated jewelry and "was
never cheap." He points out that in "the mid 1950s, necklaces sold for
$20.00 - 30.00 and a pair of earrings for $12.00 - 20.00." Krementz
was especially famous for their "golden rose earrings and pins" and
the bar pin with this group is shown on p. 102 of his book. The
necklace and earrings have a slightly different variation on the usual
golden rose in that the flowers on these pieces have stamens
surrounding the centers. All 3 are in excellent condition. Like the
Krementz bracelet that we also have on eBay this week, this
elegant group would make an excellent addition to any collection.
