You are bidding on a repainted cake tin with a glass plate painted
yellow to match your vintage decor...over the last couple of weeks I
have been selling items that are either newer items or vintage items
that have been repaint..I did not paint these and have no idea what
will be in the box I unpack ..I purchased them from a store that was
going to specialize in this type of item but it never got off the
ground..I am getting down to the end and trying to list yellow pink
teal and red items over the next week or so ..please don't forget to

Vintage Aluminum CAKE Server w/ Glass Plate

Retro cake server has embossed on the aluminum the word CAKE. The cake
server lid measures 11 1/2 inches by 6 inches high. The glass cake
plate has a starburst pattern on it; three feet; and measures 12
inches in diameter. The lid has a black knob on it. This is a
stationary server. You must carry it by the plate. I do not know the
age of it or who the manufacturer was.
Condition: The glass plate has no nicks; aluminum top / lid shows
wear, has two noticeable dents; scratches.
Buyer pays PRIORITY MAIL shipping and handling costs. Please click on

Up for auction is a very lovely vintage floral pedestaled cake stand plus
2 matching serving plates. The condition on the cake stand is
excellent with slight wear and 1 small chip, see photograph, not
terrible. The bottom is unmarked. There is a lovely flower in the
center of each plate with a pink border and gold rim. There is also a
pink and gold border on the bottom border of the pedestal, very
pretty. The cake stand measures 8 1/2 accross and the plates measure
9 inches accross. One of the plates has a hairline and small chip on
rim. Please email with any questions. I do not charge a packing
