Vintage, Descoware, Butter Pot w/Lid and Trivet

What a great little display piece this is, even if it is never used to
melt butter, it would look great just sitting on a shelf. It is a
little over 5" long, including the handle and only 3" in diameter.
The bottom of the pot reads, "Descoware, Made in Belgium", the bottom
of the trivet reads, "84, FE, Belgium" and the bottom of the lid
reads, "Belgium" These items were made with enamel over cast iron
which is great for cooking and heat retension. It is in good
condition, though there some dings in the emamel. I remember this
type of cookware in the 1950's and 60's, so I am guessing this is a
vintage piece.

This is a vintage copper tea kettle used to heat water. The knob on
the lid is and the handle are made of wood that has been painted
black. Some of the paint has worn off of the handle. You can tell that
this pot has been well used in the past because it has dings and
indentations in it. It also has some rust on it and the bottom is
blackened. I did not clean the pot, other than removing the dust,
because I heard on a show on HGTV that cleaning an old item can take
away from the value of a collectible item. I am leaving it just as it
is and the winning bidder can do as they see fit with it. The pot,
without the handle, is approximately 9 inches high and 7 1/2 inches
wide, without the spout. The spout is about 5 inches long.
