HEATHKIT FM STEREO RECEIVER/TUNER MODEL AJ-13.
Any HEATHKIT collectors out there? Here is a Heathkit model AJ-13
Stereo FM vlave/tube type receiver. I brought this many years ago and
the guy that had it said it worked great in the US where he'd
previously lived but when he got to Australia it would only pick up
TV stations? I brought it home, cleaned and checked it out to find
nothing amiss. I then connected a proper FM antenna and all it
received was FM broadcast stations! Exactly what it was designed to
do. Clear as bell, no fiddling & dial alignment was spot on. Cabinet
is not perfect and has some chips in the paint work. Front face and
dial are perfect. Unit is 110volt and has the US style of 110 VAC 2
pin connector. To use this item in Australia you will require a 240VAC
to 110VAC transformer. This unit is an FM tuner only and as such
requires a seperate amplifier & speakers to listen to it. Ideal for
use as part of a vintage component type stereo system. Low bid ensures
someone will grab it if only for the many tubes in it! Please read the
note at the bottom of this description relating to old tube radio
equipment.

order I will state so, if not working then I'll also tell you.
Cosmetic condition is in the eye of the beholder but I do try to
describe the item to the best of my ability. Older electronic items,
especially tube gear, are prone to failure at any point so even though
they may work when tested at my premises please consider that a long
and rough passage through the mail system may cause failure or even
damage. Once the items leave my premises it's out of my control so NO

This is a AM/FM transistor pocket radio in mint condition. It has a
metal stand attached and a plug for headphones. It is a dark
turquoise color with a cream and gold front. Very sharp looking.Â
It has an antana inside the back cover. Batteries are included and
it works great.Â

protable AM/FM radio reproduction. This radio is missing it's power
cord, but is otherwise in perfect condition. Radio comes as seen in
picture (it includes the box). It will take 4 AA batteries or will
run off of 6V DC (batteries and power cord not included). It features
a vintage-style dial tuner and extendable aerial. A unique
conversation piece, this portable radio looks just like the ones used
in the 1950s and would make an excellent gift. This radio normally
