Offered for bid is a cute little vintage black folk art doll. Unlike
most of these type dolls her hair is NOT just on the top, but goes all
the way around to the back. She is NOT falt chested either! She is
in very good condition except for the stains on her apron, must have
been doin' some cooking. She measures about 11".

This auction is for a Mexican folk art pottery planter in the shape of
a duck or some such bird. As the photos show, it is all handpainted
with a glossy glaze of varying colors. The piece measures a bit more
than 6 1/2 inches long. There are a couple of problems with the piece.
The worst is on the bill, shown in one photo, where there is a
sizeable chip. There is also one flake along the rim of the planter
part, as well as one or two small places of roughness. Winning bidder
pays actual postage of your choice (we don't charge a handling fee)
with check, money order or Paypal. (Sorry, but checks must clear and
OUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT WILL NOT TAKE CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS.)

Description
Next up for auction is this vintage 1950s Black Americana folk art
bottle cap man. He stands on a nice wooden base and holds a wood bowl
with another on his head. These were used for nuts from what I’ve
heard, but could probably serve a lot of purposes. He stands about 13
inches tall and 6.5 inches wide and is in very good condition. I
guarantee this to be a vintage piece of folk art and it would make a
fine addition to any collection. Bidding will begin at $9.99 with no
reserve!
