VINTAGE TEA JAR - MILK GLASS WITH HAND PAINTED DESIGN
Description
THIS IS A WONDERFUL GLASS TEA JAR.
I PURCHASED THIS AT AN ESTATE SALE, BUT DO NOT KNOW THE AGE.
I HAVE TRIED TO FIND SOMETHING SIMILAR, BUT HAVE NOT AS YET.
THERE IS A MARK ON THE BOTTOM OF THE JAR, IT IS A SPYNX AND READS "E
GIZIU,OR GIZIV".
IT IS MADE OF MILK GLASS WITH THE ORIENTAL DESIGN HAND PAINTED ON THE
FRONT.
THE TOP IS PLASTIC, AND HAS A CLEAR CENTER, SO YOU CAN SEE INTO THE
JAR WITHOUT OPENING IT.
THIS JAR IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION, THE LID HAS A SMALL SCRATCH ON THE
CLEAR PLASTIC, BUT NOTHING THAT TAKES AWAY FROM THIS WONDERFUL PIECE.
IT IS A WONDERFUL AND FUNCTIONAL ITEM!
IT MEASURES 6" TALL X 4 3/4" WIDE.
