Vintage Fenton Blue & Clear Hobnail Opalescent Glass Top Hat

I believe this glass hat toothpick holder to be Fenton, however, it
maybe of one of the other glass companies from this era as I'm dating
the hat about 1930-40. It is 2-1/2" high x 3-1/8" across the brim. The
brim is a milky blue opalescent graduating into a clear hobnail base.
The hat is in nice condition as I did not find any damage. Please
