4 1/2 inch Japanese Kokeshi doll vintage Nodder

This is an auction for a Japanese Kokeshi doll. This doll is 4.5
inches tall and made of all wood. There are no markings on the bottom
but there are japanese writings on the front of the doll body. He
head of this doll nods alot. This doll is in very good contidion.
The picture is pink flowers. It is very beautiful. All of these
dolls are so interesting and unique. Let me know if i missed

Thanks for looking at my aucitons. All items are from my smoke
free-pet free home. Payment is expected within 7 days of auctions
end. Please ask any questions prior to bidding as all sales are final
with the exception of gross misrepresentation. I do not profess to be
a doll expert. I find most of the information i have about my dolls
in 2 books. "How to be a doll detective" by Patsy Moyer. And in
"Doll Values" by Barbara DeFeo and Carol Stover.
***A little about me and my dolls. I am a 27 year old stay at home
mother with 2 small boys and a 12 yr old step daughter. My great
Grandmother was a long time doll collector and maker. She was a
member of the United Federation of Doll Clubs and even started a club
in her town Port Angeles, WA.
She taught some classes in her later years on doll making and her
intention was to open her own doll hospital. Her name was Ruby
Hughes. She passed away on May 6th 2004 of pancreatic cancer at age
82. I was lucky enough to inherit her entire doll collection. My
great grand mother was survived by her 4 grand-daughters, 8
Great-Grandchildren (myself included), and 3 Great Great
Grandchildren.
My grandmother knew i was not going to keep these dolls because there
are more than 1000 of them. I will be listing dolls almost
constantly for a long time so you might want to add me to your watch
list. At this time i will not be able to answer questions regarding
specific dolls someone might be looking for as i have not even seen
them all yet and have not identified them all. Alot of them are NIB.
Just keep your eyes open. It's basically a Doll Collectors Estate
sale. With any luck alot of people will get some great old dolls to
love and i'll get a boat for wakeboarding and waterskiing...LOL.

Youre bidding on a real cutie that can use cleaning and her hair
brushed and styled. Her bangs may have been trimmed a little. Her open
and shut eyes work well and are a pretty clear blue, she has a little
of the paint rubbed off of one cheek. The dress shes wearing isnt
original to her, nor are her handmade panties, the sleeves in the
dress are too big on her. THIS IS A FINAL SALE NO REFUNDS. I will
combine shipping on multiple sales and I have many nice vintage dolls
for sale.

Extra Large Vintage Raggedy Andy Doll 34 inch SWEET NR

This is a old Raggedy Andy doll......he is very large......measures about
34 inches tall from head to foot (not including his hair). I do not
know his exact age but can tell you he was purchased at an estate sale
by my grandfather atleast twenty years ago. He has no tags of any
kind...... I feel he is in excellent condition due to his apparent
age. He does look old and well loved but I don't see any stains (there
is a very slight mark on his forhead but you have to really study him
to see it. His clothes appear to have all of their buttons except for
on the back......there are no buttons on the backside of his
outfit.......it is safty pinned appears to be ripped along the
edges......could easily be mended by someone who sews. He is a sweet
treasure and I hope someone who'll love him wins this auction. He does
NOT have "I love you" stictched on his chest. Please look carefully at
his nose in the picture......it does have a slight seperation which I
think adds character. THANKS!!!! Shipping will depend on your zip code
