VINTAGE PHILCO TRANSITONE 51-530 TUBE RADIO BAKELITE ?

Up for bid is an old Philco Transitone 51-530 Tube Radio. When I plugged
it in, it took a minute to warm up and I could only pick up one of our
local stations, and it had quite a bit of static. This radio is 11"
long, 5 1/2" wide and 6" tall.
I am always happy to combine shipping, so please see my other items
for more great antiques and collectibles.
Payment through PayPal preferred, will ship ASAP. Money Orders and
checks accepted, will ship upon clearing. No personal checks for items
over $100.00. I am not an expert in every area, the items I sell are
in their original estate condition with age appropriate imperfections.
All items sold in as is condition and all sales are final, so please
email any questions you have before you bid. Buyer must pay for item
within ten days of auction ending. Insurance is optional. If item is
not insured, I am not responsible for loss or damage during shipping.

Heres an old really nice wooden case radio made by Philco...the
original old kobs on this are bakelite… …It just came from an old
dead guy’s attic so it hasn’t been wiped..dusted polished er
nuthen else…theres probly dead bugs in it..cob webs…cootie
eggs…maybe bird droppens…but then agin could be gold coins hidden
under the chasis…it’s an attic find…. an that’s the way yer
getten it….The cord on this looks a little shakey so I ain't pluggen
it in ta see if it works or not..it’s complete inside no back but
I'm not sure it had one(no screw holes for one) ….the wood is super
good no damaged veneer….
measures bout 12 3/4 wide by 8 1/2†tall by 7 1/4†deep…

IT WORKS. THE DIAL LIGHTS UP. SAYS ON THE BACK SPECIAL SERVICES.
MODEL # 53-950. THERE IS ONE QUARTER SIZE CHIP ON THE SIDE AT THE
