Binocular Case Novelty Radio
This Binocular Case Novelty Radio is a usable binocular case with a
transistor radio built into the lid. On the side of the case in says,
"Bino-Dio 6 Transistor Radio" and "Japan." On top is a speaker, and
dials for AM tuning and volume. There is also a socket for headphone
and another socket, possibly for an antenna(?). The radio uses a
regular 9-volt battery as shown in the picture (battery not included).
The case shows some wear on the edges but is basically intact and
usable. I see one screw missing on the top near the tuning dial. I
tried the radio and got mostly static and whistles but I did manage to
tune in a couple of stations at weak volume. My guess is that the
radio needs an antenna to work better but none is included. The radio
does work to some degree as it is, however. The case also has a
shoulder strap. This is an unusual collectible and is sold as is. The
auction includes the case only as shown, no binoculars are included.

159 vintage radio tubes, in boxes, in wooden case

I have here a wooden flip top case containing 159 old radio tubes, most
in boxes, 11 of them are loose(no box). The case has a small emblem on
top (see photo) that says Radio Television Service with Sylvanin radio
and tv tubes. The outside of the case is a little rough. I don't know
anything about tubes or how to test them. I got these from the son of
a radio and tv repairman who had passed away. All I know is that their
are 148 tube boxes here and each one has a tube in it and their are
also 11 loose ones. The brands are Sylvania, Westinghouse, RCA, Ge,
Zenith, Raytheon,arcterus, standard and sheldon.Their is also one
marked US Army US Navy Accepted May 1944 JAN-6c4. Their is also a few
electronic components in the box. Questions welcomed, I will answer
them the best I can. Shipping will be the exact amount according to
your zone. I can ship UPS on this item, I think that will be the

This is a great little vintage transistor radio. It is turquois in color
and Invicta model number 300. This radio works and runs on a 9 volt
battery.(not included)Â The inside of this radio is very clean with
serial number and model number paper still on the inside and legible.
This radio comes with the original leather case which is also in great
