Offered for auction is a terrific vintage Sterling silver seahorse
brooch/pin. It measures 2 11/16" in length. It has a long pin and "C"
style closure. It closes securely so it won't come out easily. On the
back, it is marked "STERLING". There is a lot of detail on this piece
and it has a very nice heft. It is in vintage condition and could use
a little polish in its nooks and crannies but could easily be worn
upon arrival.
It is simply eye-catching.

Vintage Silver and Abalone Mexican Pin/Pendant/Brooch

This beautiful piece of jewelry is made of silver and abalone. The
abalone is in perfect condition. The jewelry is marked with an eagle
essay #1 and in a circle reads "Hecho en Mexico 925" with a makers
mark of AR.
The pin measures 2 inches in diameter. You can wear this as a pin or
use the loop on the back with a chain and wear it as a pendant.

This neat old reverse painted butterfly wing pin depicts the famous
monument to Jesus in Rio, Brazil. As well as the iridescent butterfly
wing background, there are little flecks of silver and gold used in
the picture. It is difficult to capture the beautiful colors in
pictures. The back is marked "IND" and I think "Prata De Lei" which, I
was told, means silver. The pin measures about 1-3/4" x 3/4" and is in
very good vintage condition. Please see my other auctions for more
